Racism plays out across various levels in a person’s life, affecting the options available to them and the choices they make. This workshop explores the relationship between privilege and power and the four levels at which racism operates. Participants will explore examples and scenarios of each of the four levels with focus on preventing and interrupting the perpetuation of racism.
