Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and Racial Identity Theory

  • Compass Consulting Services. LLC P.O. Box 221347 Beachwood United States (map)

As our society grows increasingly diverse and multicultural the demands on our mindsets and skills to adapt intensify. This workshop explores the Intercultural Development Continuum and Inventory, a resource to gauge and support people and organizations as they work to develop intercultural mindsets and skills. Prior to meeting, workshop participants will receive a code to complete the Inventory and will receive their personal and confidential results at the workshop. Through small group discussions and scenarios, participants will expand their knowledge of factors that limit their effectiveness and how they can shift mindsets to increase their capacity to communicate and interact across lines of difference.

2 hours ($160 per participant)
