“Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cleveland has made a lot of progress since the staff retreat that Compass Consulting facilitated for us in February 2011. The theme of our retreat was TRUST. It is such an important component of building a workplace culture that promotes teamwork and accountability. Since the retreat we have formed a staff committee that is focused on keeping the office environment and culture happy and healthy titled the Wellness and Health Action Team. Tameka and Ruth created a full filled yet enriching day for our staff that has brought us closer together in order to be more effective at making a difference in the lives of young people from our community.
