Shannon Sharkey is a versatile creative professional who wears many hats. She serves as an actor/model, arts educator, and has held the position of Junior Consultant with Compass Consulting Services since August 2021. While currently residing in Atlanta, Shannon is a true Clevelander, having been born and raised in the heart of Northeast Ohio. She is a graduate of Cleveland State University, holding bachelor’s degrees in both theatre and communication. Additionally, Shannon has earned a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity (DEI) certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.

As a freelance teaching artist, Shannon has a rich history of bringing arts education to the doorsteps of residents in public housing and other underserved communities. She has also worked as a diversity educator in various educational settings, combining her knowledge of DEI strategies with her performance and education experience to develop engaging, age-appropriate curriculum for K-8 students in the Cleveland area. These diverse experiences provide valuable insights into Shannon's role at Compass, where she engages in facilitating trainings, composing reports, and analyzing client data.
